 
        
        
      
    
    My name is Sandy Bellosillo. I am a Registered Art Therapist and Consultant. I work with people of all ages and specialize in family, siblings and parenting. I have been in the counselling and consultation field for three decades and am passionate about helping families and individuals achieve their goals, increase confidence, and improve overall quality of life. In addition to my Art Therapy Certification, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Youth Care, a Certificate in Early Childhood Education and a Graduate Certificate in Child and Youth Mental Health. I am registered through the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada ( ACCT) as a Master Therapeutic Counsellor (MTC) and Registered Counselling Supervisor (RCS). Additionally, I am registered with the Canadian Art Therapy Association as a Registered Art Therapist (R-CAT). These organizations provide the professional standards under which I provide service, ensuring a high degree of quality and professionalism.
About Me
I have worked as a Child and Youth Counsellor and Parenting Consultant for the past thirty years and as an art therapist for three years. I have recently received my designation as a Registered Counselling Supervisor and look forward to mentoring and supporting counsellors who are new to the field.
I believe that my role as a counselor and art therapist is to help and support individuals to achieve their own goals. My approach is client-centered and strength-based.
My Approach
I offer art therapy sessions for all ages and specialize in working with children. I offer in- person sessions primarily but virtual sessions are an option in some circumstances.
I offer art therapy sessions for both children and adults who are working through a variety of challenges, including but not limited to:
- Anxiety 
- Grief and Loss 
- Trauma 
- Family/Parent Separation 
- Interpersonal Conflict or Communication Challenges
